PCCI launches new brand and logo

PCCI has refreshed its brand and logo which is designed to better reflect its clients’ needs and its own ambitions for growth.

Since its creation in 2001 in the UK PCCI has been a recognized BPO player providing sales and customer service solutions that help its partners (Telco companies in particular) improve their customer relationship management processes and reduce their costs.

Today, the company provides its services in more than 10 countries in Europe and Africa, and is recognized as a leader in the field of customer relationship management. With the ITC revolution, PCCI has integrated new digital contact channels (chat, web call back, social media) in its strategy to offer a comprehensive range of solutions to its customers.

PCCI’s rebranding represents its transformation and ambition to go forward beyond its traditional geographic areas and its natural field of expertise. Today the company competes in key growth markets such as The Middle East and English-speaking Africa.

PCCI’s new logo stands for:

  • The groups international dimension

The pictogram refers to the planet and expresses the group’s ambition to go beyond its current operational zone to address new markets.

  • Innovative solutions incorporating digital transformation and big data processing

The frame refers to an exchange network whatever its form (web, chat, social media, cloud but also conventional channels such as telephone, fax, etc ...). PCCI has integrated into its new development strategy new digital technologies that make it possible to offer the best customer experience to its customers.
